Five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation. Must have five years of experience with Conducting business plan reviews, operational due diligence, resource assessments, and MA implementation planning, using revenue cycle assessments, operational blueprinting methodology, and operational due diligence playbook; Conducting postmerger integration work to identify sourcing synergies and operating model redundancies by engaging in synergy assessment, Day1 readiness programs, and transitional service agreement standup; Designing organization design, policies, process maps, and performance measures utilizing operating model assessment methodology, spans and layer analysis, and industry benchmarking techniques from sources including Gartner; Developing detailed supply chain, operations, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and distribution process blueprints using MS Project, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Llamasoft, and Supply Chain Guru, to enable transition service agreement setup, Day1 readiness planning, and post Day1 synergy opportunity assessment; Developing detailed cost benchmarking tools using synergy playbook and zero based costing in manufacturing and distribution areas; Conducting industry research, market research, client surveys, and project deliverable analysis to evaluate cost and value drivers for cost of goods sold. In the alternative, employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.
