Experience working on the development of industrial products and manufacturing rolling and annealing processes in an RD environment. Must have experience in Cold Rolling of flat rolled products, preferably for automotive and beverage containers. Experience must include identifying root cause of failures within the rolling and annealing processes; using problemsolving tools A3, 8D, Fishbone, and MOC to capture and analyze data; and working with MS Office, IBA, and SAP.
