Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or closely related field. Must have 5 years of progressive experience in position offered or related occupation in manufacturing maintenance management or technical process management in highly automated food, consumer packaged goods or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Must have 5 years of experience in Maintenance Management system CMMS; Working with various international business departments and suppliers to effectively manage projects; Working on the production floor and actively involved in projects at ground level for line setup, production line commission, production line troubleshooting, and making technical modification of automated and mechanical systems; Using electrical and mechanical engineering principles to resolve technical issues at plant and troubleshoot automation controls or mechanical equipment failures; Negotiating contracts for purchasing equipment, maintenance contracts and spare parts; Applying Continuous Improvement methodologies for plant management including Root Cause Analysis, PDCA, FMEA, and 5S; and, Deploying Plant Visual Management. Must have 2 years of experience in Managing a budget of 3 million or more for technical maintenance operations; and, Maintenance Management system MESWonderware. Must travel every 34 months for 710 days either domestically or internationally to visit headquarters, plants and suppliers.
