Experience must include eighteen months of creating and using Excel models to recalculate Overcollateralization tests, Interest Coverage tests, Collateral Quality tests and investor Priority of Payments; recalculating quarterly cash flows to investors prior to payment, and recalculating quarterly collateral testing of portfolios contained in clientprepared reports prior to issuance; conducting due diligence and building Excelbased models to recalculate portfolio criteria for closing and effective date transactions; examining legal documents including Indentures, Collateral Management Agreements, and Redemption Notices; recalculating financial ratios and analyzing collateral details within portfolios; reviewing legal documents, extrapolating pertinent data, transferring into Excel modeling, and creating Excel spreadsheet reports; communicating directly with clients at major financial institutions to report information and findings; performing valuation of structured finance products using FAS 133 and FASB 157 fair value guidelines; and creating compliance solutions for SEC and other government regulatory bodies for filings including Form PF, NPORT, NCEN, NMFP, TIC Form S, CPOPQR and Annex IV of AIFMD.
