Employer requires a PhD in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field, which must be awarded prior to August 13, 2018. Employer considers a PhD in Civil Engineering with focus in construction to satisfy this requirement. Undergraduate degree must be in a relevant area. Employer considers a bachelors degree in civil engineering to be relevant. Candidates with the ability to teach in group learning environment and develop industry relevant laboratory activities are strongly encouraged to apply. This PERM application is for permanent employment certification for a university teacher.
