Must have experience with Oracle, SQL Server, VBA. Must have data analysis experience, including the collection of data from various sources, synthesizing the information, performing analysis, interpreting results and making recommendations. Must have experience using MS Office products including other business productivity software, such as Excel, Access, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc. Must have experience with Market RiskRegulatory products. Must have Project ManagementBusiness Analyst experience including implementation of project life cycle; detailed project plans, documenting scope and business requirements, detailing issues and problems. Must have experience drafting business and technical data flows. Must have experience synthesizing data sets to develop business insights, fact base analysis and hypotheses to help solve problems. Must have experience defining user acceptance test plans and test cases. Must have experience coordinating and executing user acceptance testing. Must have experience in Data Model Design. Must have experience building a business case and consensus for implementation. Must have database development experience to support adhoc business needs. Must have experience with document data flow diagrams, process maps and other technology related artifacts using Microsoft Visio.
