Candidate must also be familiar with Japanese business practices due to the parent subsidiary relationship between SISCO Japan and HULFT, Inc.br br SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Fluency read, write and speak in Japanese. The required 60 months of experience must be gained while at one or more IT Information Technology companies.br br Beneficiary qualifies based on his Master of Business Administration degree earned in 2015 at Business Breakthrough University in Japan which has been evaluated to be the equivalent of a Master of Business Administration degree from an accredited institution of higher education in the United States. He also meets the positions work experience requirements based on his more than 11 years of progressive work experience at Trend Micro, Inc. During this employment, the Beneficiary initially served as Sales Representative from November 2004 to December 2006, Assistant Manager of the Telecommunication Sales Group of the Sales Division from February 2007 to August 2008, Senior Manager of the Business Development and Marketing Management Teams of the Business Management Division of the Business Development Department from September 2008 to December 2013 and Senior Manager of the Business Development Team of the Business Management Division of the Business Development Department from January 2014 to December 2015. His last 7 years at Trend Micro, an Information Technology company that involved data transfer and data integration services, is evidence that he meets our requirements. He has also spent the majority of his career working in Japan, including his time at Trend Micro, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. He is therefore familiar with Japanese business practices. As a Japanese native who has worked in Japan for most of his career, he is also fluent read, write and speak in Japanese.
