Experience must include eighteen months of performing and designing analytics solutions; working with large databases and query languages including SQL and Java; documenting financial models in both functional and technical aspects, including model algorithms and estimations, model assumptions and frameworks, model data, model fits and back testing, sensitivity and stress testing, and business assumptions; validating financial models for banking institutions with large assets under Federal Reserve CCAR regulations using SAS and R; developing databases using SQL to support treasury analytics; building and managing requirements for dashboards using Qlik Sense to support treasury analytics; documenting implementation methodologies for successful and repeatable processes, including information security, data sourcing, user testing, and gathering requirements; implementing processes to ensure solutions for clients, including setting up data process flows and user tests; working with clients to gather requirements for dashboards; and mentoring and coaching junior team members.
