Alternative Requirements Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, ComputerElectronics Engineering, or related field and five years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in fullcycle enterprise PC insurance software implementation, configuration, and implementation.br br Must have background in 1 Performing business analysis for insurance policy admin, billing and claims systems; 2 Requirement elicitation skills, including interviews, user cases, activity diagrams and flowcharts; 3 Creation of ASIS and TOBE Business Process Flows using VISIO, MS Office tools Word, Excel; 4 Utilizing various modeling techniques such as process modeling, data modeling, system modeling, MindMaps; 5 PC Insurance business processes, including underwriting, risk analysis, pricing, quoting, binding and issuance; 6 Waterfall, Agile and Iterative Software Development methodology; 7 Testing Support including System, Integration, End to End and User Acceptance Testing; 8 Managing system upgrades and impactgap analysis and identifying areas of improvement; 9Technical leadership for large scale implementations; 10 Defect management, prioritization and resolution via effective Change Management; 11 Requirement prioritization and management; stakeholder analysis; 12 Running elaboration workshops; requirements workshop planning and management, and 13 Clientfacing consulting skills. Telecommuting permitted when not at client sites.
