Minimum Requirementsbr Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a softwareweb developmentrelated occupation.br br Special Requirementsbr Position requires at least 1 year of experience in each of the following skillsbr br 1 Develop enterprise Ember web applications and the corresponding Rails web services;br 2 Utilize previous experience with modern JS technologies, such as Angular, jQuery, Knockout, and AJAX with Ember data to implement communication between the server and the web app;br 3 Employ modern frontend technologies such as SaSS, Haml, and Bourbon to implement the behavior and appearance of web applications in accordance with the design specifications; Remove CoffeeScript from web code while preserving existing functionality;br 4 Leverage prior experience with one or more Javascript UI toolkits, such as JQueryUI, Prototype, ExtJS to build and maintain an Ember web application;br 5 Implement new features for an iPhone app using Xcode and Swift;br 6 Use AWS to deploy updates and monitor performance of a web service;br 7 Utilize Ember Concurrency to manage asynchronous behavior of the web application;br 8 Implement and maintain Action Cable to improve the reactive behavior of a web application;br 9 Develop project plans for upgrading an Ember web application, manage consultants to do the work, provide technical guidance to the consultants, as well as review and accept work;br 10 Lead a productwide reorganization of CSS to improve app stability and performance;br 11 Develop prototypes for new web application software. Work with UX specialists to develop a design that meets the needs of the customers, can quickly and easily be built, and is maintainable; andbr 12 Review peers submitted Ember, Rails, and iOS code. Comment on ways to make it more efficient and maintainable.
