Must also have demonstrated technical leadership via disseminating requirements, coordinating development and leading small team of engineers; demonstrated knowledge of functions and management APIs of Internet Protocol routers and switches; proven ability to make solid, independent technical decisions for high performance, low resource server software; demonstrated knowledge and experience in applying Agile software development methodology; proven knowledge of scalable and efficient data structures and data flows; demonstrated ability to understand, learn, dissect and improve new technologies in a fastpaced, results orientated team; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
