Must have at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the food manufacturing industry working with packaging and conditioning machines and other robotic technology and automation machines to develop new products and formats.br br Must have at least 5 years of experience with the following applying knowledge of OMRON programming for automated manufacturing tools and machines; applying knowledge of Yaskawa drives to modify, improve or standardize manufacturing machines with these drives; working with Ixapack machines; using AutoCAD to design and review design drawings; working in the quality control process related to food manufacturing including Cleaning in Place CIP, XRay scans, and checkweighing; and using red dots method within the continuous improvement process; and working with the following equipment Dynatec glue application, Markem printing, barcode etc., Fanuc palletizer robot and a CMMS system CORIM preventative maintenance. Domestic and international travel required approximately 50 of the time. Destination and frequency impossible to predict.
