Employ system management automation tools such as Chef or Puppet to automate configuration of base infrastructure systems;br 7. Design and test proof of concepts for build vs. buy vs. reuse decisions for departmental initiatives, which includes evaluation of tools such as Newrelic, next generation AWS tools such as Athena, AWS ELK, opensource tools such as GrafanaPrometheus;br 8. Provide technical leadership to a team of DevOps Engineers in developing next generation Cloud applications;br 9. Automate tasks such as Deployment of mission critical applications, backups, and system recovery using Python, Shell script, Ruby and Power shell; 10. Architectdesign solutions for strategic projects which involve migrate mission critical applications from one data center without any impactbr to customers, which includes leading team of DevOps Engineers and Software Engineers at technical level. Write custom toolsscripts in various languages such as Python, Powershell and Ruby to facilitate a smooth migration; andbr 11. Triage and troubleshoot issues with applications that are resolved in timely fashion and take measures to prevent them from happening again.
