Experience must include eighteen months of providing consulting services to assist clients with business plans, development, strategic investments, and other financial objectives; performing business and financial assetsliabilities valuations, including on loans and borrowings, for mergers and acquisitions, tax purposes, management planning purposes, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting; performing valuation of intangible assets, including trademark, trade name, customer relationships, workforce, internally developed software technologies, noncompete agreements, above or belowmarket contracts, and medical records; performing independent valuation services in accordance with ASC 350, ASC 805, ASC 820, ASC 718, and IFRS 13 standards; performing market research and valuations using financial and healthcare databases including Bloomberg, Capital IQ, SNL Financial, Irving Levin, Merger Stat, MGMA, AMGA, Sullivan Cotter, Sherlock; utilizing BlackScholesMerton option pricing model, Monte Carlo simulation models, forecasted cash flow models, physician compensation models, and relative valuation models; mentoring and coaching junior team members and reviewing their work; interacting with client management regularly to collect required data to understand business needs and project deliverable expectations; utilizing Advanced Powerpoint to prepare and deliver presentations for clients; and providing strategic advice and financial support to CSuite executives of leading academic medical centers, healthcare provider organizations and health plans.
