Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering any, CIS, MIS or a related field. Five years of experience as a Manager, Senior Consultant, Systems Engineer or a position in a related occupation. Must have five years of experience with Conducting assessments of current asis systems, pain points and gaps in current states, and business architecture, and providing recommendations as per clients strategy for future state systems; Conducting sessions with business users and functional teams to gather clients business requirements and to provide technical assistance to help them articulate complex business requirements and translate into technical specifications that are unique to systems; Breaking up business requirements and technical specifications into smaller subcomponents to accelerate deliveries; Creating requirements documents, design specifications, process and user flows, data models, approval processes, workflow rules, and validation rules based on complex business needs using tools Visio, Tableau and MS Excel; Coordinating project activities and providing crossfunctional support across workstreams in integration, server side, testing, and development teams in order to identify and manage dependencies and escalate risks and issues for projects to maintain project schedules and develop mitigation strategies; Participating in the full software development lifecycle of products, finalizing requirements based on discussions of technical, visual design, and business considerations; Developing and maintaining project deliverables for clients for all phases of the software development lifecycle. In the alternative, employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.
