Furthermore, he possesses in excess of three years of experience as an MA Associate at a Top 50 law firm as ranked by www.vault.com. Specifically, he was employed as a Junior Associate, MA Group at Morrison Foerster from 1132015 to 12312018. During this time, Morrison Foerster was ranked between 22 and 24 on www.vault.com. In this capacity, the foreign national gained experience supporting senior associates with respect to structural and corporate issues pertaining to domestic and crossborder acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, spinoffs, carveouts, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and tender offers, including cases with assets valued at between tens of millions of dollars and billions of dollars. Accordingly, the foreign national meets the requirements for the job opportunity.br br Please note that the position of Junior Associate, MA Group is not substantially comparable to the position of MidLevel Associate, MA Group as the positions require the performance of different job duties in excess of 50 of the time. Please see Section K for details.br br Regarding Section H.12, please note that the employers requirements for the position are normal. First, as indicated by DOLs ONET source, the Lawyer occupation requires a JD or LL.M and several years of experience.
