Minimum requirements are Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or an equivalent degree, plus 7 years of progressive related experience.br br Must have Of the total required experience above, at least 5 years of management consulting experience with a toptier strategy consulting firm; prior experience inon IT strategy or implementation related projects; quantitative and analytical skills e.g., Excel, R, Tableau and ability to analyze large and complex datasets and develop relevant metrics and reporting quickly and accurately; solid proficiency in financial and accounting principles, analysis, and reporting; experience working in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently in an independent manner; ability to work well with colleagues in a team environment and ability to manage stakeholders across all levels of the organization including senior management; solid proficiency in defining and implementing communication strategy with mastery of both written and oral form and ability to negotiate and handle difficult situations effectively; and prior experience in a position requiring creativity, innovation, and strong analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to frame complex problems and develop recommended solutions, ability to be highly analytical in problemsolving and decisionmaking, and be comfortable in defining and implementing data driven decision making processes.
