cont. from H.11 maintain log of all RFIs and Submittals including date received, date returned and status of unreturned requests; coordinate with contractors, respond to requests for information RFIs, review and respond to contractor change orders, and perform necessary modifications of drawings and specifications as construction projects progress and changes in dimensions, materials, and other aspects of design arise; assist the Project Manager in establishing task schedule and manpower requirements consistent with the project agreement; assist in identifying weekly project requirements and projecting long term needs; assist in managing project consultant agreements and project budgets; assist in identifying and quantifying tasks outside the scope of the OwnerArchitect agreement for negotiation of additional services; conduct site visits and progress meetings, prepare field observation reports, final inspections, project closeout, including punch lists, and record drawings; review and prepare certificates of substantial completion, occupancy, and final completion; conduct postoccupancy evaluation and review of clients use of space.br br Requires Bachelor of Architecture 5 year or foreign equivalent plus 3 years of experience to include incorporating project delivery process to lead large project teams through all phases of international interdisciplinary projects with a focus on transportation projects, stations, rail, bus BRT, and airports, including new construction and renovation, from programming through contractconstruction administration; managing consultant teams to meet project goals and deadlines; working on large international projects managing consultants, project coordination, and international code research, including leading meetings with authorities having jurisdiction to deliver the projects on time and on budget; working in design built and P3 project delivery methods; reviewing pedestrian modelling, CFD and ridership reports, as well as traffic studies prepared by consultants; coordinating input from the Principal and Sr Designers to translate concept design drawings into production drawings with the information noted to be produced at each phase of the project; leading and coordinating site reconnaissance, site surveys of existing conditions and taking as built measurements; analyzing sketches, photographs, notes, and site surveys of existing conditions and other input material to determine best approaches for completion of drawings to solve technical issues of design in relation to site conditions, building structure, HVAC, electrical and plumbing system, fire protection and materials for intricate detailing; coordinating conceptual design drawings with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection MEPFP, structural, site, landscape, code, acoustical, sustainability, traffic, parking, zoning, signage, building envelope, special systems, vertical transportation, civil, track and communications and lighting consultants to incorporate building and rail engineering systems into architectural designs to produce construction documentation, and secure client approval; reviewing structural construction for architectural coordination, HVAC system layout and installation, and installation of lighting fixtures and electrical equipment; developing exterior enclosure systems to be used on the project and resolving technical issues on the contract documents; selecting materials, equipment, and systems to meet the budget for the project; evaluating general contractor bids and project budgets and coordinating construction budgets with clients and contractors; performing necessary modifications of drawings and specifications as construction projects progress and changes in dimensions, materials, and other aspects of design arise from client, agency or public input; assisting with construction payment applications.
