Five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation. Must have five years of experience with Delivering and implementing solutions for data warehousing and business intelligence implementations involving data management pipelines, master and reference data management, data governance and quality, analytics and cognitive initiatives; Designing implementation strategy, developing solution architecture and data architecture; Designing data models and performing DDL management using CA Erwin IBM Infosphere Data Architect, Embarcadero ERStudio and MS Visio; Defining system strategy and developing system requirements, designing ETL specifications, and performing data profiling and validation; Designing solutions to harmonize master data into data warehouse platform, identifying trust algorithms and providing accurate master data to downstream systems; Developing reference data management architecture, developing crosswalks using MS Excel and performing data mapping using IBM FastTrack and Informatica IDQ; Defining data governance strategy, driving metadata management, developing business glossary and data dictionary, and identifying technical and business lineage using IBM IGC, Collibra, and Informatica Axon; Providing recommendations to fix issues, defects and make improvements using JIRA, Rally, and HP ALM; Identifying business use cases, designing business rules and process workflows and developing reporting and analytical frameworks using IBM ILOG and Cognos. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in a stated field and three years of experience.
