Must have two years of experience with Conducting fit gap analyses using industry reports, trends, best practices, and surveys that assess system requirements for transitioning data between legacy systems and Oracle HCM Cloud systems; Creating functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, for application development using Microsoft Visio and Advanced Excel; Creating swimlanes and functional block diagrams, and preparing current vs. future state flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint; Writing compensation eligibility, person selection, and column default fast formulas using Oracle SQL; Creating RTF template rules and mapping them to client compensation statement requirements; Utilizing MS Office Suite, OTBI, PLSQL, and ALM to plan, design, configure, personalize, and test modules, including Compensation and Global HR; Identifying HR integrations, reporting, and customization requirements to be made in the HCM Cloud system, and working with the development team to ensure the requirements are solutioned; Managing the functional testing of compensation modules by writing workforce and individual compensation test scripts using Oracle Cloud Compensation functions and application test script generators. 15 travel required.
