Special skills required Must have 2 years work experience in each of the following leading deployment of JIT lean manufacturing techniques real time, booking points in production, shipping in real time, visual storage management, permanent cycle counting, backup modes, alert management and QRCI; defining standard instruction templates for shipping, receiving, material storage, and inventory; evaluating materials requirement planning activities to ensure production continuity; monitoring and assessing supply inventories to ensure optimal levels; formulating plant floor layouts, workflow charts, and production planning schedules for launch of multimilliondollar vehicle component program; training team members in the use of SAP software for logistics, inventory, and OEM electronic messaging. Experience may be acquired concurrently.br br This is an advanced position with Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies, USA, LLC responsible for overseeing inventory, warehouse, and supply chain and logistics activities at a JustinTime manufacturing plant. Because this is an advanced position requiring extensive knowledge of applicable supply chain and logistics principles, a bachelors degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business, Management and Marketing, or Engineering, or foreign equivalent degree, and 3 years experience in a logistics and supply chain position with a Tier1 automotive supplier are required.
