Must have two 2 years of experience with applying knowledge of US Customer Identification Program CIP identity theft red flags, Bank Secrecy Act BSA and Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA guidelines and requirements; Assessing Identity Fraud modes and trends including Application Fraud, Account Take Over, and related modes of fraud as well as recent trends in these modes of fraud in consumer finance businesses; assessing Payment Fraud modes of fraud as well as recent trends in these modes of fraud in consumer finance businesses; perform complex analyses and generate appropriate reporting; using advanced analytical skills, including applying an understanding of statistics and modeling to complex data sets, including basic regression, logistical and linear regression, and decision tree modeling; utilizing multiple programming languages, such as SQL, SAS, SPSS and Python; operating in multiple database environments, such as SQL or Teradata; utilizing statistical software to evaluate data for emerging fraud trends such as MiniTab or SAS; pulling large data sets from multiple environments and merging that data to find fraud insights; communicating with senior management and making recommendations on strategy changes; and evaluating vendor solutions for incorporation into the fraud strategy e.g. running regression analysis on vendor tools to determine opportunities to enhance the fraud strategy.
