The minimum education required for this position is a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or a closelyrelated field and at least four years of experience as a Programmer Analyst, Software QA Engineer or related position. Qualifying experience must have been in software QA automation and testing in distributed and webbased environments.br Experience, which may have been gained concurrently, must include the followingbr 3 years of experience writing and executing manual and automated test plans with the following technologies Java, Java Script, VB Script and SQL.br 2 years of experience using test automation and test management tools, which should include at least two of the following HP Quick Test Professional, Selenium, and Rational Functional Tester.br 2 years of experience in DataWarehouse and Business Intelligence testing.br 2 years of experience writing complex SQL queries for data validation of analytical reports in SSRS and Microsoft BI.br At least 1 year of experience in test script creation, execution and validation of multiuser load tests to assess application performance using LoadRunner, IBM Rational Performance Tester or similar tools.br br Qualified candidates will have and must be able to demonstrate the followingbr Knowledge and understanding of different platforms such as Window, Linux and UNIX environments.br Knowledge and understanding of Scrum Methodology.br Good understanding of complex Information Systems and architectural details.br Excellent Analytical and ProblemSolving skills.br Handson experience in automating web applications.br Knowledge of nonfunctional aspects of QA such as performance and load testing.br br Position is based in our Needham, MA office and requires travel and work offsite at client locations in the extended Boston Metro area up to 95.br br Note to Certifying Officer Candidate also holds a 4 year Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from VIT University, Vellore, TN, India Conferred in 2008.
