Specific Skills

In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience. Two 2 years of the five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience must include experience with the following 1 AutoCAD; Revit; SketchUp; Rhino; Illustrator; InDesign; Photoshop Bluebeam Revue; AND Lumion or Enscape; 2 Sketchup by hand using pencil, pen, and markers; 3 Designing client presentations with embedded videos and animations; 4 Producing high quality renderings, site plans, sections, elevations and construction details; 5 Coordinating with Structural, MEP Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Lighting, Faade, Acoustics, and AV consultants; 6 Developing the schematic design of the core and shell of a building, plus the lobby, curtain wall system, parking, elevator banks, core bathrooms and terraces; AND 7 Preparing full Design Development sets in Revit.
