Specific skillsother requirements One year experience must include applying HL7 standards v2 v3, XML, EDI, iHE profiles, database languages and clinical documentation including CCD, CCDA; writing HL7 message sets for Admissions ADT, Scheduling SIU, Labs Radiology orders and results ORM, ORU, Detail Financial Transactions DFT, Pharmacy RDE, Immunization VXU, and Documentation MDM; HL7 interfacing, utilize all healthcare clinical standards ICD, CPT, LOINC; architecting, Developing, testing and implementing interfaces using Orion Health Rhapsody, Ensemble and Mirth Connect engines to integrate with various vendor systems such as Meditech, GE, Cerner, McKesson, Quest, LabCorp; performing programming in .Net, JavaJavaScript using Orion Rhapsody and Mirth connect integration engines; utilizing TCPIP, FTP, SFTP, PtoP VPN, REST API and SOAP communication technologies and interface protocols to interfaceexchange health care data between healthcare systems using industry and regulatory standards; and, utilizing EMPI IBM InfoSphere formerly Initiate to collect, link, aggregate and locate enterprise patient record from different healthcare systems via HL7flat files.
