cont. from H.11 respond to requests for information RFIs and review and respond to contractor change orders; assist in preparing an estimate of probable construction cost and reviewing and approving contractor payments; assist project manager and project architect to schedule completion of each phase and manpower requirements consistent with the project agreement; assist in coordination of consultant agreements and project budgets; assist in identifying and quantifying tasks outside the scope of the OwnerArchitect agreement for negotiation of additional services; attend construction progress meetings and conduct site visits to observe construction progress and prepare field observation reports; conduct project closeout, including punch lists and record drawings for architectural interiors and FFE; conduct postoccupancy evaluation and review of clients use of space.br br Requires coursework or internships to include assisting with all phases of small to large scale over 100,000 square feet corporate interior projects, including developing and executing appropriate design solutions; preparing presentation documents to deliver design intent and presenting optional design features and variations to clients including space relationship diagrams, departmental schematic space plans, elevations, sections and perspectives, illustrative sketches, 2D3D rendering and visualization using Revit, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; developing and executing appropriate construction documentation in Revit and AutoCAD i.e. demolition plans, furniture plans, elevations, furniture and finishes specifications, partition plans, reflected ceiling plans, power and communication plans, life safety plans, and other types of construction documentation; coordinating with Design Director and Marketing for project pitch; conducting test fits and spaceplanning based on an analysis of client space needs; collaborating with consulting groups on qualitative studies, including visioning with clients leadership group to identify project goals and expectations; assisting in space programming, interviewing end users for problems with space and function; developing workplace strategy for clients; researching and incorporating International Building Code IBC, local building codes, and ADA regulations into design; researching materials, equipment, and fixtures to enhance the project, incorporating LEED sustainable design principles and preparing LEED documentation; conducting site survey of existing conditions, taking as built measurements, obtaining or preparing drawings, and taking photographs of existing conditions; analyzing sketches, photographs, notes, site survey of existing conditions other input material to determine best approaches for completion of drawings to solve technical issues of design in relation to existing building structure, HVAC system, fire protection and materials for intricate detailing; preparing Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Schedule, including developing and detailing appropriate furniture standards, finish selection, finish boards and finish binders for effective use of color schemes and specifications; developing lighting layout and design based on understanding of photometric data and daylight analysis; developing signage design and planning to incorporate brand identity and graphic system; researching, analyzing, and reporting on incorporation of applicable codes compliance of interiors projects; researching alternative design solutions for client project budget guidelines; coordinating with MEPFP, lighting, acoustic, and security consultants to incorporate building systems into designs; preparing project data using MS Word, Excel and Power Point; managing project data and communications using Box Outlook; assisting with implementation of approved design approach prior to final approval by Director of Interior Design; cont. in K.9 Job 1
