Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.br br BUSINIESS NECESSITY The position requires the above listed academic qualifications and work experience in order for the Senior Software Engineer to be capable of performing the subject job duties detailed above in a normally accepted manner. The nature of the position requires providing advanced capabilities in solving complex business problems and creating solutions for the companys core areas including healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical and integrated health delivery networks. Understanding the process and problemsolving techniques for business processes as well as using the latest information technology are key to the offered position. The subject position is not a runofthe mill or even entry level position. Rather, this position requires multifaceted and complex job duties that involve coordinating projects, taking responsibility for projects, and communicating with senior management and other departments both formally and informally to ensure that their needs and requirements are met.
