Additional Requirements. Must qualify for Minnesota State licensure requirements for nail technicians 350 hours cosmetic nail care training and eyelash technicians 38 hours eyelash extensions training. Must complete Minnesota State licensure subsequent to admission AEQUO foreign credential evaluation, foreign transfer course completion certificate with school report, Minnesota State written exams. Must have ability to finish eyelash extensions full set in 45 minutes, and the full set needs to last for 3 weeks. Must have ability to finish artificial nail service in 1 hour, and last for 34 weeks. Must have ability and willingness to work on the weekend, late evening, and holidays.br br H.5B. Clarification Training required for this position is 600 hours of training including a minimum of 350 hours in cosmetic nail care and 38 hours in eyelash extensions, as required by the State of Minnesota. Generally, 600 hours training equates to about 6 months of training, but the requirement is 600 hours of training. Training must include 3D design, ombre design, liquid gel, acrylic and gel powder, dipping powder, and marble powder gel.
