Experience must include five years of providing IAM services, including installing, configuring and maintaining the security infrastructure based on the Computer Associates CA technologies suite of products, including SiteMinder 12.x, CA IDM r12.x, CA SharePoint Agent Server r12.x, CA Federation Manager, and CA Directory r12.x, in the PublicSector Health Services industry and to commercial clients; working with Security Event Management SEM technologies and processes, including rule sets, standard configurations, and security operations, using CA Wily Introscope and IBM QRadar; assisting with CA Identity Access Governance, including rolebased access control and access request, and managing deployments of CA Netegrity, SiteMinder, and Identity Manager products; providing operational support for WebSphere, JBOSS, and Tomcat to manage infrastructure; integrating applications with SiteMinder SingleSignOn SSO on Windows; and providing 24X7 on call support and troubleshooting Severity 1 production outages. In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Masters degree and three years of experience as noted above. Experience must include one year of developing code utilizing programming languages, including Java and scripting, using PowerShell for automated jobs; leading discussions with client teams, providing timely updates to clients, and developing deliverables; configuring and securing web services as web service proxies and multiprotocol gateway utilizing IBM DataPower; and implementing Data Obfuscation rules in IBM Optim to obfuscate data for offshore usage.
