SOLIDWORKS, CAD PROGRAMS, OR ZEMAX OPTICAL DESIGN SOFTWARE TO PERFORM OPTOMECHANICAL DESIGN, OPTICAL SIMULATION AND ANALYSIS, OPTICAL TESTING, CHARACTERIZATION, AND FAILURE ANALYSES; EXPERIENCE WITH THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OFbr PRODUCT LINE MANUFACTURING I.E. COST, EFFICIENCY, AND QUALITY CONTROL IN MASSPRODUCTION; EXPERIENCE CURING, TESTING, AND EXPERIMENTING WITH EPOXY; AND EXPERIENCE MANAGING CROSSFUNCTIONAL PROJECTS.
