Bachelors degree U.S. or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of experience; five 5 years experience with Software Test Automation practices and tools used for Software Quality Assurance SQA including knowledge of Software Test LifeCycle STLC including Test Requirements, Test AnalysisDesign, Test environments, and Test Execution; knowledge of information technology concepts, methodology, terminology and standards; demonstrated ability to lead, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and associated resources; demonstrated ability to interpret and translate technical andor complex concepts into information meaningful to team members or business personnel; two 2 years of experience leading test automation teams including the following activities task allocation, issue resolution, deliverable reviews, tracking delivery of work items and training new team members; strong understanding of technologies used for Software Test Automation including Selenium, Rational Functional Tester and Unified Functional Tester QTP; proven experience developing and maintaining Software Test Automation Frameworks; five 5 years of experience in analyzing business requirements and identifying test automation scope; working understanding of the following software development methodologies Scrum, Waterfall, and Agile; experience working with teams comprised of onshore and offshore resources; proficient knowledge of enduser personal computing skills; proficient PC skills and knowledge on files and folders; working knowledge of reporting software; excellent communication skills in technical and nontechnical forums; strong interpersonal skills to manage employees and interact appropriately with senior management, internal clients, and external customers; proficient analytical skills and problem solving abilities; ability to adapt to change, multitask, meet multiple deadlines, collaborate, lead others, work on a regular and timely basis; proven skill with information technology.
