In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.br br Special Requirements Academic internship, coop, work study, or work experience to include C or C coding; Objectoriented programming, embedded implementation and familiarity with multithreaded programming concepts; OpenCV and related computer vision libraries; Embedded systems programmer and familiarity with their SDKs and realtime operating systems; Deep learning frameworks such as Caffe, Torch, Theano, etc.; and Matlab or other quick prototyping tools. Successful completion of reference and background checks is required.br br In C.9. Tesla is a public company. The beneficiary does not have an ownership interest that is different from other employees in that he is eligible for stock purchaseoptions.br br As a public company, Tesla is governed by an independent board of directors. The beneficiary is the cousin of Teslas primary shareholder and CEO, Elon Musk. The beneficiarys position of Software Engineer is within the normal course of Teslas business operations. The beneficiary reports to an independent manager, receives regular performance reviews, and wage increases based on job performance. The beneficiary has not exercised any control over the PERM process or the accompanying labor market test.
