Qualified applicants will have a PhD degree in Civil Environmental Engineering, Environmental Microbiology, or a related field, and one year of experience researching developing antimicrobial products. PhD studies must include Microbial Biofilms and Biofilm disruption chemistry. One year of postgraduate experience in the following Chemical nonchemical disruption of microorganisms, assessing the impact of disinfectants on hospital acquired infections; environmental surface decontamination microbial control strategies; and methodologies to evaluate disinfectants, sanitizers, and hand hygiene products. Project Management Professional Certification a Design for Six Sigma Yellow Belt required.
