Specific Skills

REQUIREMENTS The position requires a Master of Business Administration Degree or its foreign equivalent; or a Masters Degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting. Also required are two years of experience in or with all of the following a external auditing including international, external auditing; b overseas, corporate accounting; c applying rules and principles of both the International Financial Reporting Standards I.F.R.S. and the United States U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Standards G.A.A.P.; and d working as an accountant within a multinational, accountingservices firm. Note that the two years otherwise required and specified above must also include one year of domestic, U.S. taxpreparation experience both business and individual, and which may have been gained concurrently. Finally, the position also requires licensure as a Certified Public Accountant CPA.br br NOTE Job titles while gaining experience not a factor.br br NOTE II Foreign worker earned CPA status on 03072011. His CPA credential is documented by a certificate from a state authority in the United States. We note this in this section, here, because Sections J and K of this form the two about the sponsored worker solely allow for detailing of relevant education and experience; and we want to make clear the CPA requirement so, too, is met. This is the function of this passage or paragraph. Note that we, in addition, in K.a.9 and K.b.9, Pages 13 and 14 of this form which reviews the workers last two positions held we also do indicate therein that CPA is a certification used and applied in those positions.br br NOTE ON PREVAILINGWAGE DETERMINATION VALIDITY In merely beginning recruitment during the prevailingwage determination validityperiod, we comply with 20 C.F.R. 656.40c. This, by itself, is enough to satisfy regulation. Prior expiration, then, of the prevailingwage determination, as of the time of filing of this form, is immaterial. See 20 C.F.R. 656.40c, indicating that to use a prevailing wage rate provided by the National Processing Center or NPC, employers must file their applications OR BEGIN the recruitment period required by 656.17e...within the validity period specified by the NPC. 20 C.F.R. 656.40c. Emphasis added. Here, it should be noted, specifically, that all 656.17e recruitment activities were begun while the prevailingwage determination was valid with any ONE starting before its expiration sufficient to begin the recruitment period required under 20 C.F.R. 656.40c and comply with the regulation. Id. Further, there, importantly, were not any 656.17e recruitment activities in motion prior to prevailingwage determination receipt or issuance, highlighting still more 20 C.F.R. 656.40c consonance as interpreted by case law. Determination used here, thus, remains valid, its prior expiration notwithstanding.br br USE OF EMPLOYERS WEBSITE FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSES WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF FILING PERMITTED BY 20 C.F.R. 656.17e1ii Although this particular recruitment avenue remained active and ongoing within thirty days of the date of filing, this is permissible under 20 C.F.R. 656.17e1ii. The regulation cited states that one of the additional nonmandatory recruitment steps needed in professional cases may consist of activity that took place within 30 days of the filing of the application. 20 C.F.R. 656.17e1ii. Our application makes clear that over the relevant, timeconstruct considered, this can only be said of the employers website recruitmentoption.
