Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus five years of financial modeling and cash flow modeling experience. Experience must include five years of performing model risk assessments, securitization, structured products, fixed income securities, and valuation, specifically with Collateralized Loan Obligations CLOs; modeling financial problems to assist with valuation of items; providing risk modeling services to clients and other critical analysis of significant potential emerging risks; performing due diligence for corporate loans and bonds; maintaining financial platforms and models within widely used CLO industry software; utilizing advanced Excel tools, including VLookups and Macros, to perform data analytics and financial modeling; reviewing governing documents, including indentures, offering memorandum, credit agreements, and trustee reports, to assess compliance within rules of CLO transactions; interfacing directly with client contacts to communicate issues and results; mentoring and training junior team members, and leading teams through a complete engagement CLO lifecycle; and conducting and managing agreed upon procedures in accordance with AICPA standards.
