Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering any, Computer Science, MIS, CIS or a related field. Five years of progressively responsible experience as a Manager, as a Senior Consultant, as a Consultant, or in a related occupation. Must have five years of experience with Assisting clients in building assumptive business cases and highlevel financial summaries for HR Transformation; Conducting discovery sessions to gather current state client information on HR processes, policies, practices, technology landscape, organization structure, and legal and regulatory requirements; Developing fitforpurpose surveys to gather HR information and developing survey outputs to graphically represent the analyzed data; Designing operations, processes, and organization for HR shared services organizations, and providing design partnership to technology teams for implementing enabling technologies; Designing future state HR process maps in Visio and ARIS to represent process steps, organization roles, and system enabled steps; Developing process workbooks that incorporate aspects of integrated design, system requirements, role requirements, and supporting documentation requirements; Developing and managing project plan activities and milestones utilizing Microsoft Project Plans; Working with HR transformation teams in business testing efforts to support User Acceptance Testing UAT and Service Rehearsal Testing SRT in creating test scripts, scenarios, script execution, defects reporting and management. In the alternative, employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. 80 travel required. 80 travel required to various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
