MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSbr br Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.br br Must have 2 years of experience in a large business system environment, performing business analysis, implementation, configuration, upgrade, testing, training and production support with a preferred focus on SAP finance solutions new GL, AP, AR, FA, Treasury, BPC, andor FSCM, CO CCA, PCA, PA, IO, andor PS and Material Management.br br Must have 3 years of functional andor technical experience in supporting global finance systems e.g. SAP including knowledge of governance, data flows, processes and best practices in the large global corporate environment.br br Must have 2 years of experience in developing system and user documentation business process procedures, process design documents with process flows using Visio, presentations using PowerPoint.br br Must have 2 years of experience in software development lifecycle methods, processes, tools, and best practices, including data migration using LSMW.br br Must have 3 years of experience working in multicultural global environment, with on and offshore staff for project work and production support run service delivery.br br Must have 2 years of presentation and usertraining experience, including delivery of deepdive sessions in a remote online environment using Skype, Webex and similar tools.br br Must have 2 years client facing experience with developed strong ability to communicate with stakeholders at different organizational levels and convey technical information in a simple way.br br Travel required up to 20, of which 15 may be international, to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
