Tribu, L.L.C. was incorporated in 2011 and currently employs 14 persons.br br We are located in central Texas, and approximately half of our population speaks Spanish andor English. Approximately, 56 speak English and 40 speak Spanish. We represent many bilingual companies, including local government municipalities, we provide print services, including advertisements published in both Spanish and English languages. Our customers not only wish to address their target audience in both languages, however, at times it is a necessity to publish in both English and Spanish.br br We require our Graphic Designer to have a solid grasp of the English and Spanish languages to be translated, a thorough understanding of concepts and vocabulary, and a high degree of knowledge about the intended target audience, here the Spanish is conveyed in print medium. Specifically, the Graphic Designer needs to have command of the Spanish and English languages so the documents translated will be as flawless as possible. They must have excellent writing and analytical ability. Graphic designing for marketing and advertising involves more than replacing a word with its equivalent in another language; sentences and ideas must be manipulated to flow with the same coherence as those in the source document so that the translation reads as though it originated in the target language. The Graphic Designer is not just simply translating the words, they relay concepts and ideas between languages. She must thoroughly understand the subject matter in which they work so that they are able to convert information from one language. Because almost half of our audience speaks Spanish, the applicant must be able to speak Spanish to accurately convey the customers intentions in both languages. For these reasons, we require the Graphic Designer to possess these qualifications. It is essential for the viability of our company.
