Minimum qualifications see preferred qualifications. Preferred qualifications Masters Degree PH.D. Preferred in Educational Measurement and Evaluation, Quantitative Analysis, Psychometrics or related degree from an accredited university. Foreign equivalent degree accepted. Oneyear experience as a graduate research assistant in a university setting. One year experience as a research assistant to include experience with designing and conducting research, computer programming and database development and maintenance. Demonstrable ability to conduct research and evaluation and the ability to code in R and MPLUS for statistical computing. Skill in developing reliable and valid research tools, employing psychometric analysis to conduct a longitudinal analysis of student engagement.
