Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or closely related quantitative field plus 2 years of experience performing credit analysis at a global credit ratings agency, financial services, or investment banking firm. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in an acceptable field as stated above plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience as stated above.br br Full term experience in the following performing indepth credit analysis to evaluate asset risk and complex transaction structures; writing detailed credit memoranda laying out all relevant risk factors and concluding with logically structured, articulated recommendations that are presented to internal credit committees; authoring or contributing to credit opinions, issuer analysis or internal credit reports; project management experience working with multiple constituencies across a large organization; and utilizing advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and programming languages including VBASQL.
