The position of Healthcare Technology Consultant requires Masters degree in a field of Health Administration or Information Technology, plus one year experience performing customer needs research to understand customer healthcare management business needs for electronic data interchange, business intelligence, operational data store and data warehousing specifically tailored to the particular requirements and needs found in healthcare operations, such as having to pair with medical coding ICD9 and ICD10, HCPCS, etc. regulatory compliance, clinical management, health related risk assessment and evidence based clinical guidelines. Experience must have also included designing, building and generating of data reports using SQL Server Management Services SSMS by querying data within SQL server, building reports and dashboards using SQL Server Analysis Services SSAS; documenting all aspects of project and solutions development utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services SSRS; developing SQL Server Integration Services SSIS packages in order to automate reporting capabilities and extract generation; and using AgileScrum software application productivity tools for assessing tasks progress and amount of effort involved.
