Must also have any experience with or knowledge of i the management and execution of both small lt;5 million USD and large gt; 10Million USD capital projects, including frontend loading Basic Engineering, detailed design, procurement strategycontract types, construction, commissioning, and startup of manufacturing plants; ii using SAP for cost control, ASPEN for estimating, and Primavera P6 for scheduling and change management; iii PDMSPDS model reviews; iv engineering design, process controls, and equipment specifications; v working closely with the business and manufacturing groups to determine the critical needs of the manufacturing sites and ensure efficient project planning and execution; vi plant and process safety, process hazard analysis, and project construction safety; vii relief valve sizing and design; viii evaluating overpressure contingencies and mitigating the scenarios; ix relevant pressure safety standards; x working with and overseeing engineering procurement and construction management EPCM firms on large capital projects; xi project management and execution experience within agrochemical industries; xii leading and managing a team as well as working independently; xiii managing and executing capital projects, including development and presentation of project scope, cost estimating, budgeting, and scheduling; and xiv working on numerous projects at the same time as well as engineering projects and site services practices and standards.br br Experience can be concurrent.br br Must be able and willing to travel domestically and internationally to various employer, supplier, client, and other locations up to 50 of the time.br br Note Because there is no experience required in H.6, the Kellogg language is not required.
