The position requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree plus six 6 months of experience in a physical therapy role. The position requires any amount of experience in the following Experience in manual therapy skills; rehabilitation and postacute care; outpatient orthopedic physical therapy; physical therapy in an ICUtrauma setting; pediatric physical therapy; physical therapy to patients with neurological conditions; acute care rotations; and physical therapy research. The position also requires graduation from an approved program of Physical Therapy by APTA and CAPTE; licensure appropriate to governing body of state licensing board; current CPR card; and no previous or current sanctions by federal payors CMS, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, ChampusTricare, etc. or other payors inclusive of state workers compensation system.
