Prior work experience must include three 3 years of experience with a Masters degree or five 5 years of experience with a Bachelors degree with Advising clients including public and private corporates and private equity firms with enterprise values in excess of 1 billion; Developing relationships with key decision makers CLevel executives at investment banking clients; Executing financing transactions in excess of 100 million including IPOs, equity offerings, and debt offerings; Executing strategic transactions in excess of 500 million including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and other advisory assignments including antiraid defenses; Evaluating strategic transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spinoffs, IPOs and joint ventures as well as financing and capital structure alternatives such as stock buybacks, special dividends, changes in dividend policy, equity offerings, recapitalizations, secured and unsecured public and private debt offerings, debt prepayment, and use of corporate derivatives; Preparing and delivering presentations regarding financial transactions to senior executives of public and private companies; Preparing documents including engagement letters for MA assignments, marketing materials for sellside transactions such as teasers, confidential information memoranda and management presentations, roadshow presentations and prospectuses for IPOs and equity offerings, marketing materials for debt offerings, and publicly filed press releases and investor presentations; Performing financial and business due diligence, including interviewing senior management, examining real estate assets, reviewing strategic operating plans, reviewing legal documents, and analyzing historical and projected financial and operating performance; Liaising with financing, tax and legal specialists to create appropriate deal structures; and Performing valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow analysis, leveraged buyout analysis, accretiondilution and abilitytopay analysis, public trading comparables, precedent transactions, and sumoftheparts analysis. Prior work experience must include two 2 years of experience with Working in an investment banking position in the real estate sector; Advising clients, including public and private corporates, Real Estate Investment Trusts, and private equity firms, in the real estate sector with enterprise values in excess of 1 billion; Performing Net Asset Value analysis; and Using databases including Green Street Analytics, SNL Financial and Capital IQ. FINRA Series 79 license required. Travel required 10 of time international and domestic to attend client meetings and deliver presentations.
