The position of Audit Senior ManagerSEC requires a bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, and 5 years of progressively responsible, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a public accounting role involving incharge SEC audit execution for external clients.br br Additionally, the applicant must have 5 years of professional experience planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing audits in compliance with applicable IFRS, GAAS, GAAP, legal and regulatory requirements; 2 years of professional experience managing multiple teams across multiple clients, allocating work to staff, and managing audit engagements to budget; 2 years of professional experience conducting the review and evaluation of clients business processes and identifying business risks and internal control weaknesses; 2 years assessing the impact and audit response relating to control exceptions, deficiencies and material weaknesses noted during the audit; 2 years of documentation and reporting of control deficiencies and material weaknesses to the audit committee; planning and supervision of remediation testing in relation to control deficiencies noted in the current year or previous year audits; 2 years reviewing company processes in line with COSO principles; and the applicant must have passed CPA exam or Institute of Chartered Accountants exam.
