FROM H 10B Work with the client teams to review all construction project requests; confirm they meet all intake requirements before moving to execution; and assign to the sitespecific team for project execution; Develop and implement financial and schedule reporting systems suitable for construction project management; Perform weekly and monthly analysis and reporting of each projects financial results versus Budget, Schedule Performance, Earned Value, and Projected Cash Flow; Support the Project Manager in improving efficiency of intake, planning, automation, schedule management, cost performance, partner forecasting and process integration; Work with Project Managers to establish and track construction estimates, scopes of work and project specifications; Develop, prepare and present specialized budget reports, benchmarking, forecasts, and analysis, as requested by Project and Portfolio Managers; Work with Project Manager and Project Accountant to implement job management system; Analyze and improve internal processes that impact the effectiveness of the Project Management function; Identify and develop policies, procedures and controls to ensure the integrity of financial budgeting, tracking and reporting; Communicate with Project Accountant, Project Manager, clients, quantity surveyors and external parties to provide timely responses to questions and inquiries as to a construction draw; Track project financial data works using company database.br br Beneficiary has a U.S. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University received on 02082017.
