This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Information Systems, or related field plus eight 8 years of experience in a computer engineering position or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept ten 10 years of experience in a computer engineering position or related occupation. Experience must include eight 8 years of experience, which may be concurrent, with all of the following 1 designing, developing, testing, supporting and maintaining Java server side code for the deployment of scalable services for business rules and other related products on multiple application server and cloud platforms; 2 implementation of largescale, high performance web applications based on a serviceoriented architecture SOA using AJAXXML; 3 utilizing Java EE and related cloudserver technologies, including Spring, Hibernate; 4 Java XML SOAP web services JAXWS and Java RESTful web services Restlet; 5 automated testing using Junit, or other test automations tools; 6 utilizing the following technologies Agile development methodology; build experience with Maven; HTTPCSSJavaScript for clientside development; and Unix Platform, including writing shell scripts. All experience may be gained concurrently. As outlined in this application, the alternate requirements are substantially equivalent to the primary requirements and therefore meet 20 C.F.R. 656.17h4i.
