Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering any, Computer Applications, CIS, MIS or a related field. Five years of progressively responsible experience as a Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, Associate Software Engineer, or a position in a related occupation.
