The role of the Lean Industrial Specialist is to utilize lean manufacturing thinking and quantitative analytical methods to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and capacity throughout our organization, i.e. in both our manufacturing and business processes. The Lean Industrial Specialist is responsible for effectively supporting the planning of new technology tools and new equipment acquisitions, including layout planning for these assets, throughout Acuments manufacturing plants and distribution centers across North America.br br For the proffered position, it is necessary that the Lean Industrial Specialist possess a minimum of ten 10 years of experience implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques methods. The experience must also include preparation of detailed cost benefit analysis reports with proficiency in conducting time delay studies in the automotive manufacturing industry.br br A person who fills the proffered position within our company cannot properly carry out the duties and responsibilities of this position without the required ten 10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing techniques methods and preparation of cost benefit analysis reports and conducting time delay studies in the automotive manufacturing industry. Proficiency in these technical skills wherein an individual is able to work independently can only be gained through having the required years of experience.
