Candidates must have a Doctor of Optometry degree. Additionally, candidate must have and Optometric License issued by the Massachusetts Board of Optometry, a Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration MCSR, an Optometric License issued by the New Hampshire Board of Registration in Optometry, and registration with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration DEA. Please note that an MCSR and registration with the U.S. DEA are required in order to prescribe certain prescription medications in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, respectively.br br This position requires working in five locations 273 Loudon Rd., Suite #7, Concord, NH 03301; Pheasant Lane Mall, 310 Daniel Webster Hwy, A201A, Nashua, NH 03060; 346 South Broadway, Salem, NH 03079; 700 Boston Post Road, Billerica, MA 01821; and 652 Lafayette Rd, Unit 3, Seabrook, NH 03874. The candidate may need to travel up to one 1 time a month to each of the Nashua, Salem, Billerica, and Seabrook worksites.
